Limited Scope Representation - Divorce without Children
What's Included
1. In addition to the one hour initial consultation, this package includes an additional hour of consultation time with Ms. Nelson. Additional time can be purchased at Ms. Nelson's hourly rate of $200.
2. All needed court forms from start to finish except those forms listed below under, "What is Not Included."
3. A comprehensive Marital Settlement Agreement.
4. We pay the cost of having the other party served with the opening forms.
5. We handle filing all the forms with the court.
What is Not Included
1. Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs). If a QDRO is needed, the client will be referred to an attorney who specializes in QDRO preparation.
2. Forms that the other party will need to prepare (blank copies will be provided).
3. Filing fees (usually between $435-$450 per party).
4. We do not prepare Title Transfer Documents related to real property (i.e., family home) and/or titled personal property (i.e., automobiles).
